Why we started
The moments that matter were getting lost.
We kept meeting HR teams who cared deeply about their people, and spent their days fighting their tools instead. A birthday missed because the spreadsheet wasn't checked. An event RSVP buried in a group chat. A perk nobody knew existed.
None of it was for lack of caring. The care was there; the system wasn't. So we built one.
