FAQ
Common questions
Can we choose what employees are asked when they first open the app?
Yes. Employee onboarding has standard fields plus your own custom questions, a welcome headline, and the fields you make required.
Can more than one person manage the dashboard?
Yes. Invite managers and set their access from Settings.
Can we control notifications?
Yes. Choose which notifications employees get, like new events, reminders and club announcements, and how you're notified about items that need attention.
Does turning a module off delete data?
No. Turning a module off only hides it. Nothing is deleted.
Can we start small?
Yes. Switch on what you need today and add modules as you grow.
Can we see changes before employees do?
Yes. The live preview shows the employee app as you change settings.
